We collect only from publicly available and verifiable sources. However, we cannot guarantee that emails, phone numbers, or other details are always up to date. If you detect an error, we can offer an update service to refresh the data.

For standard $29 contact reports, delivery is usually within 24 hours. Larger services (such as Due Diligence Reports) may take several business days depending on scope.

For $29 reports, we cannot offer refunds after delivery since the service consists of providing a document. For larger contracts, refund or cancellation terms are included in the signed agreement.

Yes. If you need tailored information (e.g. competitor overview, regional mining analysis, or investor-specific research), you can request a custom service. We will scope the project, sign an agreement, and proceed after payment.

Yes. We provide a Project Package for Concession Owners, which can include updated project files, investor-focused analysis, and promotion on our platform. Details and terms are defined individually in the contract.
